Processing & Delivery Times

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days (coming soon!).

Shipping Fees

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD): Available with a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹150.

Order Confirmation for COD Orders

• For COD orders, a confirmation message may be sent via WhatsApp or a phone call to verify your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers or links will be emailed or sent via SMS once your order is shipped.

Limitations

• Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. LaydBac is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
