3. Do you have physical stores?

Currently, LaydBac is available exclusively online.

Product and Sizing

4. What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes XS to XXL. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements and tips.

5. How do I care for my clothing?

For best results, machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low, and avoid using bleach.

Shipping

6. Where does LaydBac ship?

Currently, we ship only within India. Shipping to the USA and Canada is planned for the near future.

7. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days but may extend in some cases.

8. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, a shipping and handling fee of Rs. 150 applies.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number or link via email once your order is shipped.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

10. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed after verifying the issue. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

11. What is your exchange policy?

Your first exchange is free. For subsequent exchanges, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order to minimize the need for exchanges. For more details, please refer to our Exchange Policy.

12. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can initiate a return or exchange by emailing us at supp@laydbac.com within 3-5 days of delivery. Please provide your order details and relevant photos or videos.

If eligible, we'll arrange a reverse pickup.

13. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?

Refunds are only allowed for defective or damaged products or incorrect orders. For other reasons, such as change of mind, we currently do not offer refunds.

14. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at supp@laydbac.com within 3-5 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged item, courier packaging, and your order details. We’ll make it right.

15. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards for use on our store. However, please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

16. Can I return or exchange sale items?

No, items purchased on sale are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellation or exchanges, including those bought with gift cards or special discounts.

Order and Payment

17. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at supp@laydbac.com immediately for assistance.

18. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other popular payment options. COD is also available with a Rs. 150 handling fee.

19. How does COD work?

For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before shipping. A shipping and handling fee of Rs. 150 applies.
